Runeheim hecht veel waarde aan jouw privacy. In deze privacyverklaring staat beschreven welke persoonsgegevens worden verzameld, waarvoor deze worden gebruikt en hoe wij deze veiligstellen.

  1. Welke gegevens worden verzameld?
    Runeheim verzamelt alleen de gegevens die worden ingevuld op onze formulieren, zoals:
    • naam & e-mailadres
    • bezoekers- of deelnemers informatie die jij aan ons verstrekt hebt
  2. Waarvoor worden de gegevens gebruikt?
    Jouw gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor:
    • Je aanmelding als bezoeker of deelnemer aan Runeheim
    • Je op de hoogte te houden van inschrijvingen, ticketverkoop en andere praktische informatie Runeheim
    We sturen géén reclame of informatie die niets met het evenement te maken heeft.
  3. Hoe lang worden gegevens bewaard?
    Runeheim bewaart je persoonsgegevens tot uiterlijk 3 maanden na afloop van het evenement, tenzij je expliciet toestemming hebt gegeven om langer ingeschreven te blijven staan voor een toekomstige editie.
    Runeheim bewaart mailinglijsten met naam en e-mailadres voor toekomstige editie. Er is altijd een mogelijkheid om uzelf uit te schrijven voor deze mailinglijsten, waarna wij uw gegevens direct verwijderen.
  4. Wie heeft toegang tot de gegevens?
    Alleen de organisatie van Runeheim heeft toegang tot de gegevens.
    Wij delen geen informatie met derden zonder jouw uitdrukkelijke toestemming.
  5. Rechten
    Je hebt altijd het recht om:
    • Jouw gegevens op te vragen.
    • Jouw gegevens aan te passen.
    • Jouw gegevens te laten verwijderen.

Runeheim values ​​your privacy.
This privacy statement describes what personal data is collected, what it is used for, and how we protect it.

Below you’ll find a shortened version, and at the bottom of the page you can view the full version in Dutch.

  1. What data is collected?
    Runeheim collects only data that is entered on our forms, such as:
    • name & e-mailadres
    • visitor or participant information that you have provided to us
  2. What is the data used for?
    Your data will only be used for:
    • your registration as a visitor or participant at Runeheim
    • to keep you informed about registrations, ticket sales and other practical information about Runeheim
    We do not send any advertising or information unrelated to the event.
  3. How long is data retained?
    Runeheim will retain your personal data for up to three months after the event, unless you have explicitly given permission to remain registered for a future edition. Runeheim maintains mailing lists with your name and email address for future editions. You can always unsubscribe from these mailing lists, after which we will immediately delete your data.
  4. Who has access to the data?
    Only the Runeheim organization has access to the data.
    We do not share information with third parties without your express permission.
  5. Rights
    You always have the right to:
    • to request your data.
    • to adjust your data.
    • Have your data deleted.
