Runeheim will be a cosy fantasy festival set in the heart of Bloemenpark Appeltern, offering stunning photo opportunities to capture the atmosphere and our visitors.
Without a photographer's pass
Everyone is welcome to take atmospheric photos, selfies, and fun, spontaneous pictures. Always be respectful of other visitors and never take unwanted or unsolicited photos of anyone.
Let op: er mag door bezoekers niet met drones boven het evenement worden gevlogen.
With Photographer's Pass
If you bring (semi)professional equipment to take pictures of other visitors, then please registering as a photographer.
As a photo-/videographers, you'll be part of an important group of visitors to Runeheim. Together with the in-house photo-/videographers, you'll capture the atmosphere and all the wonderful visitors.
Photographer's Pass (FP)
Register at the Runeheim gates and receive a photographer pass with a number and QR code to a Runeheim contact page. This makes it easy to share contact information.
During the event we apply the following rules and agreements:
Photo-/videographers are allowed to verbally promote their own studio.
Photo-/videographers are not allowed to earn money from images taken at Runeheim.
Models have the rights to their own photos and/or videos.
The photographer's pass must be worn visibly when you are active as a photo-/videographer on the event site.
